The family of Matty Horan, who sadly passed away at the age of 43 from Appendiceal cancer last November, held a charity golf day/raffle and auction on the 2nd September at Hope Golf club and Earle’s Club in aid of Ashgate Hospice.
Laura, Lyn, Ray and Anthony would like to say a huge thank you to all the local businesses, friends and people who generously supported the event. Thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets, to those who just gave donations, and to everyone who joined us on the day/evening.
We are proud to say that we raised a staggering £6,226.80 in honour of Matty and for such a great cause. Ashgate were over the moon and so grateful for the donation.
