Darley Dale in Bloom is organising a Hanging Basket competition this year! It is open to any resident or business in Darley Dale, with free entry and a prize of a £50 garden voucher, which has been kindly donated by Forest Garden Centre.
Entry forms are available from Forest Garden Centre, The Whitworth Centre, The Sticky Fig, Local4U in Darley Dale and Darley Discounts. The completed forms should by returned to Mrs Caroline Dale-Leech at Red House Stables by 1 July and judging will take place at the end of August. The garden voucher will be presented to the owner of the winning entry at the ‘Darley Dale in Bloom’ Celebration Evening in September, when the group’s award for their 2023 entry in the ‘East Midlands in Bloom’ competition will be announced.
