Following a highly successful year, Bagshaws are looking forward to another strong programme of auctions. Despite a challenging financial climate for some in 2025, there remained a healthy appetite in the market, with plenty of buyers and sellers actively engaging. Across five auctions last year, Bagshaws sold over £10,000,000 worth of property, underlining the continued strength and reliability of the auction method.
