CONCERTS AT ALL SAINTS’ IN OCTOBER

Two concerts are planned for October at All Saints’ Parish Church, Bakewell.
On Saturday, 4 October there will be another coffee concert when Gillian Bithel and Beate Toyka will entertain with piano duets, romantic gems and more – to include Bach, Schumann, Scubert and Grieg. Gillian and Beate are experienced, professional pianists, who have played at All Saints on a number of previous occasions and we are delighted to welcome them back.
The concert will begin at 11.15am, with coffee and biscuits being served from 10.30am. Entry is free, but there will be a retiring collection for church funds.
On Friday, 10 October, Lumos Experiences will entertain with a Coldplay Candlelight Experience.
Enjoy a classical adaptation of Coldplay, performed by a string trio in a magical, candlelit space.
This promises to be a very special evening and an experience not to be missed.
There will be two performances, the first beginning at 7pm and the second at 9pm.
