ROWSLEY CE PRIMARY SCHOOL SKIPATHON RAISES FUNDS FOR DERBYSHIRE CARERS ASSOCIATION

The pupils at Rowsley CE Primary School were joined every day for a week by Jo Avery from the Derbyshire Carers Association, who led a daily sponsored skipping session to raise funds, and also awareness of the important role that carers play in the community. In particular, the support available to young carers was highlighted. Over £100 was donated, to enable the Derbyshire Carers Association to continue with this important work.
